Wah Gwaan! That’s hello in Jamaican! My name is Damerae which means “Boy of Joy”. I live in Kingston, the capitol city of Jamaica. I spend a lot of time in my family’s restaurant where we specialize in traditional Jamaican food. Here I am pictured in the clothes I’d wear when I practice the traditional Jamaican dance, Quadrille.
